Sales Manager Indicata España

  AUTOROLA, a global leader in online remarketing and automotive IT solutions for professional used vehicle and fleet management, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager with an established track record of software sales success to support our fast growth and global expansion. This individual will be tasked with selling our proprietary Business Intelligence platform INDICATA which is marketed and sold to the automotive industry incl. OEM’s, franchised and used vehicle dealers and fleet operators including rental companies, leasing companies, etc. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for managing their own sales pipeline and sales processes, forecasting sales results and negotiating opportunities to drive growth.

 

We are looking for a driven, sales-minded individual that is eager to drive sales of our unique software with thousands of businesses that should improve their used vehicle operations with INDICATA. This individual will garner unparalleled experience in working for a fast growing technology business and performance will be rewarded with commissions and advancement opportunities.

 

The ideal candidate will have extensive industry-related sales experience and at least 2 years of sales management experience. The Senior Sales Manager will be a team player committed to building relationships with customers and understand how to position INDICATA within a competitive landscape.

 

The Senior Sales Manager will report in a matrix organisation to the Global Managing Director INDICATA and will closely coordinate with the AUTOROLA Spain teams.

 

This is a full-time position in our Spanish office in Madrid.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop a deep understanding for our product portfolio and the benefits Keeper provides for businesses and their employees
  • Fully understand the business requirements of prospects and customers
  • Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
  • Identify and qualify prospects by telephone, cold call, premise visits, and networking
  • Generate new accounts and close sales opportunities using your superior presentation, management and negotiation skills
  • Develop new client relationships and leverage existing and past client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities
  • Develop proposals, respond to RFP's and conduct face-to-face sales presentations for prospective customers
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet monthly/quarterly/annual quota requirements
  • Maintain revenue and build new revenue within established account base
  • Navigate through complex negotiations at the executive level
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Manage a sales pipeline and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
  • Efficiently manage leads and opportunities through a CRM system
  • Be diligent in lead follow up and closing opportunities
  • Plan and implement sales campaigns
  • Conduct product demonstrations to qualified accounts.
  • Co-ordinate with pre-sales and professional services teams
  • Participate in industry events
  • Build a sales organization
  • Fully understand the business requirements of prospects and customers
  • Input ideas and participate in marketing events
  • Maintain third party relationships
  • Control spending within authorized levels.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to present/assess the status of all existing pipeline of leads, opportunities as well as potential future target companies and pursuit strategies

 

Skills and Experience

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • Proven sales success shown by meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • An accomplished track record of selling software or BI solutions into the automotive industry
  • Must be positive-minded, team-oriented, diligent, organized, timely and detail driven
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the automotive industry
  • Proactive experience managing a sales territory in a growing business environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in specialty, consultative, solution selling and business development skills to align the customer's business needs with our solution to drive sales and close deals.
  • Must be aggressive self-starter with strong communication, relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to coordinate, navigate and motivate the range of internal/external influencers to select and implement BI solutions
  • Know strength and weaknesses of key competitors and how to leverage this knowledge
  • Experience working with channels and/or partners in bringing a solution to market
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements and marketing events
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor’s degree
